The incident has been resolved. Ingestion rate is back to normal and all components are operational.

AWS issue was resolved and systems are back to normal. Short delay in log processing in EU is catching up and should be done shortly.

This issue is caused by an issue in AWS ubuntu repository outage. We're applying an alternative solution until AWS will fix their issue
