Update

We're continuing to see improvement in log delays for affected customers. Most affected customers see lower delays and we expect full resolution shortly

Identified

We've identified the root cause of this issue and working to apply a permanent fix. The subset of customers that are affected by the slow ingestion should be already be seeing improvement in ingestion rate though delay in ingestion still exists
