On Sunday, the 22nd of November, there will be a scheduled maintenance window of 5 minutes on our Alerting component. The purpose of this maintenance window is to replace part of the underlying infrastructure in order to provide an even more robust and secure service to our customers. The maintenance window will be performed on the following logz.io regions: Frankfurt between 5:00 - 5:05 UTC Sydney between 5:10 - 5:15 UTC
On each region, during the maintenance time window: 1. Alerts will not trigger 2. Alerts creation, deletion and editing will not be available
During that time-window we do not expect any other issues: 1. Log ingestion will operate normally, no data will be lost or delayed 2. Search API and dashboards should function as usual 3. Logz.io App will be available and fully featured
As this change is being performed following a well-rehearsed protocol, we are confident that this change will go smoothly. We will monitor the maintenance window closely, and update the status page with any change to service availability, including start and finish.
