On Sunday, the 13th of September 2020, between 5:00am - 5:15am UTC, there will be scheduled maintenance on the Logz.io service. This maintenance will be used to make our platform even more robust by introducing a better and more stable way of authenticating and authorizing our users globally.
During that time window user might experience some disturbance on the following services: * Login to the Logz.io web platform * New account signups * New user invitations * Account level management
All other services will not be affected: * Log ingestion will operate normally, no data will be lost or delayed * Alerts will continue to work normally * Search API and dashboards will work normally
As this change is being performed following a well-rehearsed protocol, we are confident that this event will go smoothly. We will notify here on the start and finish.
