On Sunday, the 18th of October, between 5:00 - 5:10 UTC, there will be scheduled maintenance on the Logz.io London region only. The purpose of this maintenance window is to replace part of the underlying infrastructure in order to provide an even more robust and secure service to our customers.
During that time window, in the London region only: 1. Alerts will not trigger 2. Alerts creation and deletion and editing will not be available
During that time window we do not expect any other issues in any of our regions: 1. Log ingestion will operate normally, no data will be lost or delayed 2. Search API and dashboards should function as usual 3. Logz.io App will be available and fully featured
As this change is being performed following a well-rehearsed protocol, we are confident that this change will go smoothly. We will notify here on the start and finish.
