Delays with Email alerts delivery

Resolved

Due to an outage in our 3rd party email service, we experienced delays with sending alert emails.
All alerts that was delayed were sent, and we are back to our normal rate.

Some customers are getting delays with alert emails. Other notification endpoints are working as they should
