The incident has been resolved. Login is back to normal and all components are operational.

Monitoring
Auth0 service is recovering and we're seeing that login to Logz.io is working again. We're still monitoring their service to make sure it works as expected.

Update
We're implementing a fix to bypass auth0 so customers which do not use MFA would be able to login. This should be up in production shortly. We'll keep updating the status page.

Identified
The issue has been identified and is caused due to a 3rd party authentication service we use for MFA and SAML (Auth0).
They are currently having issues and that's causing login to fail for Logz.io. We're working on bypassing their service for all non MFA/SAML.
